Fully Adhered
Application System: EPDM Membrane with
.060 nominal thickness
fully adhered to an approved gluing surface.
Insulation is mechanically
attached to the deck
with a minimum of twelve
fasteners per 4' x 8'
piece of insulation.
Loose Laid and
Ballasted Application
System:
EPDM Membrane with
.045 nominal thickness
loose laid over approved
substrate, mechanically
attached at the
perimeter and glued
around the protrusions.
A minimum of 12 lbs. per
sq.ft. of 3/4" to 2"
diameter river washed
round stone is loose
laid over the EPDM
membrane.
Mobile Home
Application System:
White EPDM one-piece
membrane mechanically
attached to the mobile
home. The system is
competitively priced,
adds beauty and
energy savings, reduces noise and adds resale value to the mobile home.
Our
roofing
restoration materials are also available for metal and asphalt
roof systems.

There
are 10 good
reasons why architects,
roofers, and building
owners are converting to
our EPDM membrane
single-ply roofing
systems for flat roofs.
Over 20 Years of
Proven Performance
One of the first EPDM single-ply roofs was installed in 1965. The
roofing membrane is made with EPDM polymer, and continues to be
weatherproof even today.
Energy Savings
White membrane reflects heat in the summer. When combined with WEBCON
- approved insulation, it increases energy savings for heating and
air conditioning.
Prevent
Leakage
Major sources of leaks, such as rivets
and metal roof seams, are eliminated. Our EPDM membrane simply won't
leak.
Simple to Maintain
A sealant coat is never required because the membrane
has a high resistance to the elements.
Flexible
Unlike conventional built-up roofing, there is no
stress failure from structural movement, typically found with metal
systems.
Withstands
Temperature Extremes
EPDM membrane will not crack or rupture due to extreme
temperature changes. It maintains a flexibility at temperatures
as low as -75 degrees F., and can withstand temperatures up to 300
degrees F.
Weatherproof
EPDM membrane has shown little or no effect
from sun, rain, hail, ice or snow, and has no oxidation problems
like those found in metal systems.
Lower
Cost
Installation costs are much lower than those for
conventional build-up roofing.
Fast,
Safe Installation
Our EPDM membrane can generally be installed over
the existing roof, without disrupting activity within the building.
Hazards that accompany the installations of built-up roofing are
eliminated.
FM
and UL Approved
Our EPDM membrane is in compliance with both Factory
Mutual and Underwriters Laboratory guidelines. |
